The thickness of the films containing gold nanoparticles is 120 nм and refractive index is 1,92 . Modification of the film by Au nanoparticles leads to the increase of surface polarization confirming the growth or reorganization of nanocrystals and the decrease in the distance between them with the layer increas . Deacrease of the thickness of one laeyr and band-gap of TiO2/ZrO2/SiO2/Au film caused the formation of the increase of TiO2 particle size in the presence of gold nanoparticles . TiO2/ZrO2/SiO2 films modified by Au or Ag nanoparticles that are homogeneously distributed on the surface with the forms like tube, pyramide and sphere with the size of 20 - 16 nм. The particle size of Ag nanoparticles in TiO2/ZrO2/SiO2/Ag films is 30-32 nм.
