Purpose of work: analysis of factors which determine periodic and long-term changeability of the state atmospheric an aerosol and design of his payment in power balance of the climatic system of Earth. Research methods: analysis of experimental and theoretical data, numeral analytical methods of decision of equalizations of transference of radiation in an atmosphere. Influencing an aerosol is analyzed on albedo of Earth and it is shown that a deciding role in forming of albedo is determined: actual and imaginary parts of index of refraction of particles to the aerosol, their sizes, concentration and albedo of laying, surfaces. On the basis of the carry out researches the prognosis of change of climate of Earth (drop in a temperature) is done on the nearest years. The detailed researches are conducted from forming and will swim so far aerosol matter of space origin in the stratosphere of Earth.
