In the reproductive cycle of cows transition from pregnancy to lactation and genitals involution is a critical period. In the structure of diseases in transition period a significant percentage incidences on gynecologic pathologies (detention of secundines, uterus subinvolution, postnatal metritis). This contributes hipokinetion during stalled maintenance of animals, violation of the neuro-endocrine system, trauma and contamination of genitals by microorganisms and deficit of biologically active substances due to insufficient income to feed. Inflammatory processes in uterus of cows develops as after parturition complications (pathological parturition, early intervention in parturition process, the detention of parturition membranes) and after physiological childbirth, but the term of development and clinical course of endometritis are different. When violations of the foetoplacentar and secretory activity of endometrium lyuteolizins as prostaglandin F2a are not produced that's why yellow body of pregnancy is kept, supporting hiperprohesteronemy and lowering contractile and barrier function of the uterus. Estrogens are produced in smaller quantities and do not provide sufficient training of neuro-muscular apparatus of the uterus, cervix and soft generic ways for parturition. Some values has insufficient excretion of relaksin. This in turn leads to dryness of generic ways, incomplete disclosure of cervix, weakness of parturition activity and disruption of soft tissue generic ways.
