As a result of implementation of project the experimental model of biosensor is passed in Institute of molecular biology and genetics of NAS of Ukraine. By a device the biosensory element (layer of specific recognition on a sensory surface) of SPR of spectrometer was developed for label-free detection of sequence of DNA of hybrid bcr-abl gene, using tiolmodified oligonucleotides. Experimental results are got at co-operations between oligonucleotides are in good accordance with the theoretical calculations of thermodynamics parameters of these co-operations. The described approach can be offered as basis for creation of biosensor for label-free diagnostics of some types of leukemia in real time. The experimental model of biosensor is passed in Institute of microbiology and virology the name of D.K.Zabolotnogo NAS of Ukraine. By a device the immunosensor test-sistem which finds out specific antibodies against a Epstein-Barr virus in the blood of patients was developed. The developed biosensor can be used for the leadthrough of immunological researches, in particular diagnostic analyses of the infected persons and screening researches of population on the exposure of antibodies in blood of patients to the Epstein-Barr virus. Possibility of creation of immunosensor test-sistem, which will allow to find out the immunoproteins of class of G in blood of the infected persons, which enables to determine a disease and appoint effective treatment, is well-proven. In Institute of Neurosurgery named after A.P.Romodanov of the Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine development of method of express-diagnostics of gliomas is continued on the different stages of disease.
