Investigations of toxicity of real water samples from some reservoirs in city Kiyv and a range of common waste products were carried out. It was shown that by means of developed ISFET-elements and multibiosensor device it is possible quickly in field conditions to examine analyzed water samples on toxicity or nontoxicity.
