A research object is ecology-economic relations which arise up in the process of forming of the optimum system of facilities of defence of plants for providing of steady ecology-economic development of region. Tasks are researches which are put and decided for gaining end work: it is an analysis of the methodical going near forming of the system of facilities of defence of plants; it is a ground of general principles and order of forming of the system of facilities of defence of plants;- development and ground of marketings researches of forming of optimum structure of facilities of defence of plants for the increase of efficiency of their use; it is development of business plan of introduction of production of facilities of defence of plants at regional level; it is a ground of efficiency of financing of development of the complex system of facilities of defence of plants in a region. Methods are researches which was used in the process of research and treatment of materials: abstractly logical, analytical, comparative, coefficient and economic-mathematical design. Structure of work. Basic part of research consists of two sections. In the first section the teoretiko-methodical base of forming of the system of facilities of defence of plants is analysed at regional level. Marketings researches are conducted on determination of optimum structure of facilities of defence of plants for providing of ecology-economic development of region. In the second section the business plan of introduction of production of facilities of defence of plants is developed at regional level.
