Modified saccharides and polyoles silicas are characterized substantially lower volatility, keeping here it to protein-sorbed properties which has a very important technological and pharmacological value at creation of medicinal preparations on basis fumed silicas. It is rotined that being in the organism of fumed silicas is diminished by toxicness of antituberculosis preparations to izoniazid and pirazinamid. This circumstance does perspective development of the combined preparations with lower toxicness on the basis of silica for the combined therapy of patients by tuberculosis.
