The main goal of investigation is creation of hop (Humulus lupulus L.) varieties identification system based on SSR-markers for genotype differentiation and following approbation and registration own test-system of varieties identification. Method of investigation is multiplex-PSR. More than 50 % of valid Ukrainian hop varieties and other hop stocks were genotyped using polymorphic 9 microsatellite loci. PCR conditions for all loci as well as multyplex-PCR were optimized. We propose to use hop cultivar "Nacionalniy" as reference genotype. Results of investigation were introduced for hop cultivar genotype identification. Prognosis for development of research - forming of hop genotypes collection and introduction of additional set of markers in own varieties identification test-system.
