We studied the structure and frequency of lesions in newborns from TORCH-infected mothers with signs of endotoxycosis. We registered significantly higher frequency of GSTM1 0/0 allele carriage in women with history of reproductive losses and endotoxycosis. We offered the prenatal-diagnostic method for prognosis of fetal-placental insufficiency.
