The new diagrams of the passenger car spaces, adapted for passenger transportation when using the wheelchair, communication and information systems between the compartment for transportation of the disabled persons and the conductor office are worked out. One car allows to provide with transportation of one passenger on wheelchair, one person accompanying the disabled person and 32 ordinary passengers (together 34 seats).
