Purpose of work is: - organization and carrying out of extension courses of professional skill in metrology service on operation of automatic computers and proofreaders; - rendering of methodical and advisory and informational services to experts of metrology and gas metering services for subsudiary company (SC) "Ukrtransgas" on introduction and operation of automatic gas flow computers and proofreaders, calibration means and also software; - rendering of information services on questions of metrology and normative documents. Method of researches is: - research works and experiments operation on the basis of the scientific and experimental gas-metering stand on questions about automatic gas flow computers and proofreaders operation, about calibration means and also software, which come from branches; - analysis, theoretical justification and detrmination of decision track for complex facts which appear on gas metering objects; - changes analysis in state of normative base on metrology and gas metering; - experience exchange with auditory of extension courses during performance of extension courses. Results of work: - extension courses from February till November 2009 are organized and lead under the adjusted schedule; - during one year methodical consultations, analysis, control and generalization of remarks which come from branches at all types of devices, converters and other measuring means are carried out; - information service on metrology and normative documents is given; - registration of software for scanning of automatic computers, measuring systems and forming of commercial returns; - manual "Lectures course for raising the level of professional skill at SC "Ukrtransgas" on the subject "Hardware, software and normative base of gas recording in SC "Ukrtransgas" is developed. Field of application are gas-measuring stations (GMS) and gas flow metering terminals (GFMT) of SC "Ukrtansgas". Benefits from introduction are scientific and technical. It can be shown due to: - raising the level of professional skill that gives knowledge gas-measuring technics, deeper understanding of theoretical questions and process physics which happen in measuring pipelines and as the result, have an influence on correctness and accuracy of calculations execution; - time reduction of outage for measuring tools, resources by their introduction, operation, calibration and control that raises operation efficiency of terminals of commercial and technological gas measuring.
