A purpose of work is a study of existent technical decisions and development of of principle chart and new methods of increase of efficiency of production of detail of engineer, instrument-making, оптико-механического production, radio and electrical engineering industry. A research method is theoretical and experimental researches of work of machine in the process of exploitation. Expounded analysis of experimental researches of row of the first created power drives for a heavy machine (rotor power-shovel, converter and mixer). The conducted analysis of different methods of finish treatment allows to offer the new chart of treatment of detail. The developed chart of oscillation treatment is in the field of centrifugal force which allows to promote economic efficiency of process in 1,5 - 2,5 time.
