Research methods are analysis of scientific literature, enterprises' data, State Department of Intellectual Property data, monitoring and surveying of participants of the intellectual property managing process. In the article approaches to intellectual property management in the corporate segment of economy are developed. Thorough recommendations regarding compiling descriptions for various objects of possible inventions and useful models are given. Special attention was paid to the problems of company's inventions and innovation proposals security. In the view of Ukraine having joined WTO the situation of intellectual property objects security at the customs frontier is analyzed. I Analyzing processes on the present Ukrainian market the attention in the article is paid to peculiarities of intellectual property security in advertising.
