Research methods - economics and statistic methods, deductive analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, prognostication. The problems of charges of local budgets are investigational, modern taxation, bank risks, management of assets and capital of domestic enterprises, regulation and development of infrastructure of fund and insurance market, the methods of improvement of the financial reporting and clarification of credit terms are considered for the improvement of credit relations and defence of rights for creditors. As a result of the noted researches were formulated, developed and specified theoretical, methodological and organizationally methodical positions in relation to optimization of charges of local budgets, simplification of taxes, for small business, defense of investors of fund and insurance markets, neutralization of bank risks, increase of efficiency of management a capital and assets of enterprise.
