Aim of researches - to work out and apply in metallurgical industry the active devices of metallurgical machines are shock absorbers and safety devices, step-up longevity of machines. This aim is attained by both theoretical developments with the use of analysis of the tense state of details of metallurgical machines and designer developments, tests and industrial assay. The results of these developments are published and protected by the patents of Ukraine and Russia. Most got results applied in industry and give a substantial economic effect. A purview of the got results is a metallurgical equipment. Works which are presented in a report can be useful to the students, graduate students and research workers which work in the indicated directions.
