On the basis of their analysis the databank of characteristic features of decorative technics which enrich and form an architecturally-artistic image of the citiy. The obtained data can be used in restoration, reconstruction, design works and educational process. For the first time the decorative plastic arts of architectural objects was investigated and its database on the basis of a historical part of a Kharkov city of the end of ХІХ - beginning of ХХ centuries - in this way an eclecticism and a modernist styles were formed. Researches have passed approbation by the reports which were presented at conferences and articles in specialised publishing houses have been published.
