The collection of data on industrial electrodes was made. Electrodes with REM ЛК-1 were applied for research and industrial introduction on coke chemical factory. It was established that welding metal which was micro-alloyed with REM, on industrial conditions has more high (3- or 4-fold) corrosion resistance in technological medium of coke chemical factory in comparison with welds which were obtained using electrodes НЖ-13, ЭА-400/10у. The use of electrodes ЛК-1 allowed the three-fold increase the maintenance cycle of technological equipment (saturators and communications). The recommendations were formulated for use of electrodes ЛК-1 for welding of corrosion-resistant steels in sulfate departments and thiocyanate departments on coke chemistry factories.
