An object of research: morphological and bio-chemical changes in soft tissues, a functional condition of the upper limb and a humeral zone, postoperative complications, economic benefit of surgical treatment and quality of a life of patients with a breast cancer after radical treatment and at application biological tissue welding, the status of microvascularity of primary tu-mours and their metastasises. Methods: full clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination; biochemical; morphological (with use of light and electronic micros-copy); ultrasonic densitometry; morfometry; methods of experimental oncology; assesment of quality of life; statistical analysis (SPSS.12, STATISTICA 5.5). In work the basic mechanisms of development postmastectomy syndrome are opened on the basis of studying a morphological condition of pectoral muscles at patients after radical mastectomy in a combination with radiotherapy. On the basis of use of ultrasonic ultrasonic densitometry the effective way of early diagnostics and fore-casting of postmastectomy syndrome is developed. Application of vegetative drug detralex is scientifically proved with the purpose of preventive maintenance of postmastectomy syndrome. The basic opportunity of increase of efficiency of sur-gical treatment of the breast cancer is proved by application biological tissue weld-ing, due to reduction of amount of early and late postoperative complications, re-duction of cost of treatment and improvement of quality of life of this patients. On the basis of studying a condition the status of microvascularity channels in experi-mental researches are established the antivascular and antiangiogenic properties of phytopreparation GA-40, that allows to recommend its application in complex treatment of patients with malignant tumours. Work has, both theoretical, and prac-tical value. Results of researches are introduced into clinical work specialized on-cological centres of Ukraine. Application of results of work is capable to improve the direct and remote results of special treatment of patients with malignant tumors in particular with a breast cancer.
