Theory of radiation damage of NaCl was developed further with account of 1) reactions of point defects (F and H centers) with sodium colloids and 2) formation of point defects Schottky as a result of the interaction of radiation-induced excitons with extended defects such as colloids, voids and dislocations. A model of nucleation and coarsening of sodium colloids in NaCl was developed. Elastic interaction of F and H centers with ex-tended defects leads to the bias factor in absorption of H centers by metal colloids and gas bubbles.
