The theme purpose is improvement of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of innovation development management of the industrial enterprises. In the course of theme performance it has been received results which consist in improvement of theoretical approaches, forming of a methodical toolkit complex and working out of practical recommendations concerning realisation of the innovation development management of the industrial enterprises. As a result of theme performance it is prepared for defence of 2 dissertations, preparing the monography and the teaching aid. Besides, by results of theme performance 10 scientific studies (7 articles and 3 theses of reports) are published. In network of a research theme also it has been prepared student's scientific works which have been submitted on participation in All Ukrainian competition of student's scientific works on natural, technical and the humanities owing to what it is won prize-winning places. The results of the spent work can be used the domestic industrial enterprises for formation of effective mechanisms of management by their development on an innovative basis.
