During research the role of harmonization of accounting and the financial reporting in system of reforming of accounying in Ukraine has been defined. The comparative analysis of the international standarts of the financial reporting and standarts of accounting in Ukraine is carried out. Prominent features of preparation of sources of the information at the analysis of efficiency of activity of the consolidated group of the enterprises are defined. Possibility of an estimation of competitive advantages of the companies as non-material active in the course of merge and absorption is proved. The main quality descriptions of the management information in the enterprise's controlling system, which is necessary for guaranteeing effective decision, were defined. Indicators of this descriptions were identified and the levels of theirs estimation were proposed. It'll be useful for operative control and management of the information in the process of the decision-making. To estimate the efficiency of information providing for managerial decision-making it is offered to use high-quality descriptions of information, the generalized index for it is a useful. Ways of improvement of the account of foreign trade activities, harmonization of the accounting and tax account of the property, plant and equipment at the enterprise are considered.
