The aim of the research is to create an up-to-date system of diagnostics and treatment of HFCGN in children on the basis of clinical and morphological studies of the disease peculiarities and to determine a role of a virus infection in its couse. The methods of the research are found to be clinical, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, morphological and mathematical ones. Clinical manifestations of HFCGN have been studied in children. Features of HFCGN clinical course according to various clinical factors and according to a process of infection of Epstein-Barr virus infection (EBVI). The main morphological variant of a glomerulonephritis according to the data of intravitae morphological kidney research appears to be a mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, IgA-nephropathy. 1/4 of the patients present extracapillary changes and 2|3 of the patientts have a tubular interstitial component. Indications for carring out a percutaneous biopsy and testing for EBVI markers in children with HFCGN have been identified. There has been studied a long-term catamnesis: in 5 years after the onset the disease a chronic kidney insufficienty of the 1-st stage develops in some patients, in 6-10 years it develops in every 6-th patient and in 10-15 years it occurs in every 3-rd patient. Prognostically unfavourable clinical morphological factors have been determined. The prescription terms of renoprotective therapy have been fixed. Product Description popup.authors Бельска О.А.
