The conducted research showed high clinical efficiency of vitaprost in komleks therapy of chronic prostatitis at 66 men. Positive influence of preparation on all forms of chronic prostatitis is exposed, the best results are got at his abakterial forms. It is shown that on efficiency treatments have influence age of patients, remoteness of disease and presence of obstructive symptomatyks. The changes of expressed of violations of urination after treatment are characterized as positive at 75,7% of patients and as insignificantly positive at - 21,2%. Vitaprost has positive influence on erection and eyakulyatory constituents of sexual function. A tendency to the increase of amount and mobility of spermatozoa on a background the conducted treatment is marked. At saving of symptoms patients with chronic prostatytitis can be examined as potential candidates for the transuretral resection of prostate.
