The level of morbidity related with respiratory disorders in the Donetsk region was higher, than in Ukraine, and figures of pulmonary tuberculosis incident exceeded the Ukrainian on 19,4 %. Increase the level of destructive forms of pulmonary tuberculosis and tubercular pleurisy was registered in the Donetsk region during 2000-2006. Forming of destructive tuberculosis was with predomination of exudative component of inflammation, deposit of fibrin in the area of specific defeat and lyses of fibrin mass, that became a basis of destructions. The deficit of amino acid, vitamins A and B2, calcium was main violation of nutrition in coal miners. The unbalanced nutrition promoted the worsening of the functional state of organism of miners that resulted in more rare development of satisfactory adaptation and frequent - unsatisfactory adaptation. Expedience of active biologically addition from the Spіrulіna Platentіs for the prophylaxis of early violations of the functional state of organism of coal miners was proved. The mathematical model of prognostication of risk of development of functional violations and possibility of their correction by Spirulina is presented.
