A purpose of work is perfection of diagnostics of reasons of the syncope for children. Research methods, test of Stanger, tilt-test, electro-encephalography, echoencephalography, ultrasonic doppler vessels of head and neck, electro-reo-encephalography, X-ray, study of the power state of cages). On testimonies the computer tomography of cerebrum, magnetic-resonance tomography, was conducted in the mode of angiography. 147 children are inspected (97 - with the syncope, 50 - healthy coevals). In process the aetipathogenesis etiopathogenesis diagnostics of cardiovascular reasons of the syncopal states for children defined. The consequences of perinatal damages of the nervous system and age-related periods, dangerous for development to the syncope are studied. Neurophysiologycal indexes as markers of risk of origin to the syncope, connection of the syncopal states with pathology of neck department of spine, craniovertebral anomalies are set. The features of autonomic haemostasis, mechanisms of autoadjusting of cerebral circulation of blood for patients with syncope defined.
