Physical and chemical properties of an oral liquid at patients with generalized parodontitis are studied: a dynamic superficial tension, compliance, a relaxation, activity anti-inflammatory, proinflammatory, antioxide enzymes and a condition cytokines network. Determine clinical value of infringements of these parameters, their role in pathogenesis diseas is proved. Criteria which allow to predict efficiency of therapeutic actions are developed. Use of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory preparations and polyfermental mixes in complex treatment has allowed to raise considerably results of treatment generalized parodontitis.
