It has been proved that the degree of generalized periodontitis severity is estimated by the increased production of proinflammatory eicosanoid (PgE2, PgF2a) and cytokines (IL1b, IL2, IL6, IL18, IL13, TNFa) and inhibited immunoregulate cytokines (IL4, IL10) and increase of the of phases of iNOS. The efficacy of individual etiopathogenetic treatment has been proved and individual results have been shoved.
