Within the effective masses and rectangular and ?-like potentials approximations it is established the theory and there are investigated the spectral characteristics of electron (hole, exciton) quasi-stationary states in resonance tunnel structures. It is established the theory of active conductivity for the resonance-tunnel structures of different dimension in small-signal approximation in the framework of the rectangular potentials model and different effective masses in nano-system shells.
