Purpose - a theoretical substantiation of mechanisms of origin, basic sources and level of anthropogenic stationary and low-frequency magnetic field and their preliminary hygienic estimation Methods - a spatial harmonic analysis of magnetic field, mathematical method of model groups, statistical method of experimental data processing, numerical mathematical methods of final volumes and absorbed boundary conditions. Results - on the basis of analysis of the literature about negative influence of stationary and low-frequency magnetic field on biological objects and human has been systematized maximum permissible levels of inductions, specified in sanitary codes that apply in leading countries of the world. The basic sources of anthropogenic magnetic-field in the environment of stay of people has been exposed, which include the magnetized build and engineering ferromagnetic constructions, electric cables and busbars, domestic and industrial electrical equipment. The mechanisms of forming, constituents of anthropogenic magnetic-field and feature of their distribution, are certain in space, the methods of theoretical estimation of their level are developed. The theoretical estimation of values of induction of anthropogenic magnetic-field is conducted in the environment of stay of people and the preliminary hygienic estimation of their accordance the possible levels of sanitary norms is executed. The critical areas of environment of the protracted stay of people are exposed with the most reliable exceeding of sanitary codes, that allows to begin experimental determination of actual level of anthropogenic magnetic-field in these areas.
