A purpose of work is development and creation of the physical prototype of the magnetodiagnostic system for the distance controlling of the integrity of ferromagnetic structural elements system and development of magnetodiagnostic method.The research methods are: the magnetic measurings, method of numeral solution of the problem of identification of defects of ferromagnetic objects, the method of forming arraies of data for the solving inverse problems of magnetostatics. The main results: the basic principles of method of the magnetostatics are formulated. The physical prototype of the magnetodiagnostic system for the distance controlling of the integrity of ferromagnetic structural elements system is created. It allows to measure the magnetic-field gradient with a discriminability ±25mkT remotedly, on the distances 1,0-2,0 meters from the surface of the pipelines with the diameter of 0,2-1 mmeters. This is quite sufficiently for determination of such defects of pipelines as crack long more than 150 mm and local diminishing of thickness of pipe more than on 20%. The magnetodiagnostic method of the distance controlling of the integrity of ferromagnetic structural elements system is developed. Experimental verification of the physical prototype of the magnetodiagnostic system for the distance controlling of the integrity of ferromagnetic structural elements system is carried out.
