There were used cytogenetic, morphological and histological methods. Results - the lower frequency of normal karyotype in АА and MDS were found. The basic mechamism of genome rearrangement genetic materials were lost as monosomies and deletions. In АА were established more often the cases with mosaic karyotype. The structural rearrangemetns in AA and MDS more often were involved chromosomes 3, 9, 12, 16, 17 and 3, 9, 10 and 11, respectively. The field of aplication - medicine.
