A subject of research is a process of measuring of peak-temporal parameters of pulsed high voltage and currents with the use of corresponding measuring devices. A purpose of work is realization of direct research reception of metrology descriptions of measuring devices of pulsed high voltage and currents. A research reception is experimental, at the use of the field creation system of Standard of units impulsive electric and magnetic fields and his regular facilities of measuring technique which provides parallel registration of parameters of wave in a Standard, and from sensors on conditions of application of display of the different physical phenomena, namely: (magnetic) electric-field in a Standard and voltage from sensors, which will be certified. The direct research method of metrology descriptions of measuring devices of pulsed high voltage and currents is realized in the ranges of parameters, which are indicated farther. Maximal values of voltage from 1 kV to 50 kV, current from 1 A to 1 kА. Duration of front of processes, no less what 10 ns. Duration of semi slump of impulse, no more than 150 s. Expected vagueness of results of attestation of sensors at the use of this method no more than 3 % against more than 7 % at the use of the standardized methods. The foreign analogues of Standard - CV in the mode of generation of units of voltage impulses and currents impulses are not present, and the peak-temporal parameters of pulsed high voltage and currents which are indicated satisfy the necessities of Ukraine to a great extent. The results of research work are inculcated in practice of metrology attestation a few of pulsed high voltage and large currents in the Ukraine metrology centers.
