It is shown that the lowered capillarity which gets a thread as a result of drawing on its surface a covering of hytozan, is reached mainly by hydrophobization of surface of a fibre and less then by filling with polymer of interfiber space. Influence of the side of contact of surgical threads with the liquid environment on a capillarity is described. The established dependence of transport properties of hytozan cover from conditions of reception of the modified threads and ordering of supramolecular structure of hytozan against to immobilized to low-molecular biologically active substance . It is shown that suppression of processes of self-organizing of supramolecular structure of polymer, stabilization of its transport properties and antimicrobic activity of threads are reached by using of more high-molecular hytozan and its mixes with other polymers.
