High-hard polycrystals was obtained on the basis of nanocrystalline powders with the preservation of the nanocrystalline state of superhard phases. Sintering of powders was made in the conditions of high static pressure. The structure of feedstock, synthesized dense phases of carbon and cakes, got from the synthesized powders was investigated by the methods of x-ray diffraction and electron microscopy.
