In comparison with single reducing in hydrogen, an increase of strength on 100…160% and a decrease of specific electrical resistance on 40…80% for 8YSZ-50NiO and 10Sc1CeSZ-50NiO ceramics have been achieved. It was shown that porous Ti-5Si-5Zr-4Al alloy is an alternative anode metallic material owing to optimal combination of strength and electrical conductivity. Taking into consideration an influence of high-temperature hydrogen environment and hydride formation it was established that an optimal material for hybrid fuel cell turbines is Ti-8Al-2.2Zr-1.4Si alloy. In this material a high level of fatigue crack growth resistance is realized even for a long term effect of the hydrogen due to a fine grained structure.
