Theoretical and practical results: еxpedience of application is grounded in presses for realization of dividing processes of treatment pressure of wedgebar mechanism with a concave wedge in which the graph of change of force of ladening is most close to the technological model graph of change of force at ; recommendations are developed on making and exploitation of hobs-uplotniteley for hydrosistem of press and machine-tool equipment. The methods of increase of quality assembly of large wares which allow to provide the proper (complete or incomplete) interchangeability of frame-clamping units are offered. Novelty: first with the use of the developed mathematical models found out dependences for the calculation of basic geometrical, kinematics and power parameters of wedgebar mechanism of presses with a concave wedge as it applies to dividing operations; got subsequent development of picture of conformities to the law of ladening of presses with a wedgebar mechanism with a concave wedge at implementation of dividing operations which allowed to ground the necessity of account of resilient deformation of executive mechanism, forces of friction, and to offer the new charts of technological equipment for implementation of operations with maximal initial force. Efficiency of introduction: a method and programmatic facilities is developed upon automated settlement of rational geometrical, kinematics and power parameters of presses with a wedgebar mechanism with a concave wedge for dividing operations; structural and technological solutions on perfection of zero-emission methods of division of of high quality rental and equipment are offered for their realization.
