The leading states start to look up to the priorities based on the necessity of adapting to the efficient integration into the world economic system. The analysis of the system of geopolitical factors shows that today the national security of Ukraine is more affected by domestic rather than external factors. Any attempts to put Ukraine aside of the international decision-making process is interpreted as the direct threat to Ukraine's indepedence. One of the most important guarantees of Ukraine's independent development is its developed cooperation in political, economic, humanitarian, information and military spheres. Ukraine must consistently support the creation of the world order based on diminishing importance of the military force and its orientation on armed conflicts prevention.
