Among strategic goals, priorities and tasks of the national security policy in foreign policy dimension the implementation of the flexible and reserved policy in relations with the leading world force centers and nonintervention to their disagreements, as well as resolute and ultimate upholding of national interests become more and more important. The highest priority is to improve the quality and consistensy of administrative decision-making in the sphere of Ukrainian-Russian relations and the level of their implementation. Ukraine is interested in a real filling of the "open regionalism" model in the post-soviet space. The media resource of the Ukrainian leaders needs a serious content and personnel examination and transformation. The work defines the priorities of forming and implementing of Ukraine's export strategy in the system of ensuring economic security.
