Phonon and luminescence spectra of the micro- and nanocrystalline Cu6PS5X (X= I, Br) superionic conductors are studied. Essential influence of size effects on phonon spectra are observed: considerable increase of Rayleigh scattering, low-frequency shifts of Raman scattering bands, their broadening and intensity decrease with crystallite size decrease are revealed.
