Purpose of the research - generalization of nonequilibrium processes theory taking into account correlation degrees of freedom and on this basis elaboration of kinetics of electromagnetic processes in plasma, Bose condensate, in a medium of emitters, elaboration of theory of collective processes in fluids, hydrodynamic states of electron-phonon subsystem of a solid and photons in a medium, processes in Bose gas with condensate. Methods of the research: 1) The Bogolyubov method of the reduced description of nonequilibrium states. 2) The Zubarev method of nonequilibrium statistical operator. 3) Method of averaging of equations for reduced description parameters over random initial conditions. 4) Method of averaging of equations for reduced description parameters over random external field. 5) Method of the generalized collective modes. 6) Method of molecular dynamics. Results of the research: 1) Elaboration of generalized photon hydrodynamics. 2) Elaboration of generalized Rehler-Eberly equations for two-level emitters. 3) Elaboration of renormalized kinetics of electromagnetic field in equilibrium plasma with taking into account correlations of the field. 4) Elaboration of kinetics of electron-phonon subsystem of a solid. 5) Elaboration of statistical theory of a system of charged fermions above dielectric surface. 6) Elaboration of hydrodynamics of particles with dissipative interaction. 7) Elaboration of theory of influence of electron subsystem on ion transport.
