The results also reveal main pathogenic links of structurally metabolic disturbances based on stimulation of free radical processes, activation of lipid peroxidation, exhaustion of antioxidant system, uncoupling tissue respiration and oxidative phosphorylation which result in formation of hypoxic state of cells and development of distrophic alterations in different organism tissues. The newly obtained data illustrate mechanisms of the xenobiotics biotransformation by monooxygenase system of hepatocytes as well as the influence of the investigated substances and products of their biodestruction upon activity of monooxigenase system itself.
