Disease, morbidity and death rate from this pathology annually grows, chronic forms which worsen epidemiological situation. Low remains efficacy of treatments sick of tuberculosis that is connected, in particular, with increase in frequency of defeats of liver. Therefore working out of new methods of treatment with use of the preparations, capable to improve its shipping and efficiency, should be supported and be encouraged in every possible way, and experience in this area to be studied and extend. Treatment schemes of newly diagnosed form of tuberculosis with use of glutargin and magnitolasertherapy against standard antitubercular chemotherapy are developed for the first time by the revealed tuberculosis of lungs on department of phthisiology and pulmonology of the Kharkov national medical university. In the given research work by results of treatment of 154 lungs sick for the first time diagnosed tuberculosis character of connection between functional condition of liver in the course of treatment both their pathogenetic role and clinical value in current the diagnosed tuberculosis of lungs is established for the first time. The scientific substantiation of pathogenetic influence of glutargin and infra-red laser radiation on functional condition of liver is given. Direct close dependence is confirmed for formation of tubercular destructive changes in lungs and degree of disbalance of functions of liver. For the first time the method of differentiated use of glutargin and magnitolasertherapy in complex treatment the revealed lungs sick of tuberculosis is developed for the first time. Introduction in practice of an offered method of pathogenetic correction of treatment medicamentous impairments of liver has allowed to raise efficacy of treatments of the given contingent of patients.
