Aim of Study: to work out of criteria of CKD course and estimate the value of severity of disease course predictors in patients suffering from CKD I-III stages and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) undergoing hemodialysis; to increase of hemodialysis' adequacy. Research methods: clinical, immunological, biochemical methods. Apparatus: spectrophotometer, spirometer Microlab "Operating Manual 3300". Results: investigation the relationship between IL-1, IL -6, IL -12, TNF, kidney function and clinical parameters of the patients indicates that the equilibrium of pro-inflammatory cytokines is clearly dysregulated in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. A number of factors prevalent in patients with ESRD, such as hypertension, adiposity, insulin resistance, fluid overload, could all be associated with elevated pro-inflammatory cytokines levels and influence to CKD course. Our investigation revealed that factors associated with the dialysis procedure, such as bioincompatibility of dialyser membranes and dialysis solutions, may stimulate IL-1 and TNF production. Investigation of the acid-base state, acid-excretory function of kidney, glomerular filtration rate of the patients suffered from asthma (moderate degree) revealed availability of respiratory and metabolic acidosis and disturbances of kidney function. High frequency of microalbuminuria in patients suffering from heart diseases, diabetes mellitus, digestive system disorders and etc. allows us to recommend this test for early diagnostics of nephropathy and for monitoring of this progression.
