According to Ukrainian consensus for the treatment of the patients with varicose disease (2005) CVI occurs in 26-28 % of female population and in 10-20 % of males. Surgical treatment is the most radical method of treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. The method of its choice must base on the individual assessment of the pathogenic mechanisms of hemodynamic disturbances. The operation for chronic venous insufficiency can't include only one method of the operation. The multistoried pathology changes of venous system of the lower extremity require surgical correction of the several chains of its pathogenesis. Thus, there is the necessity to improve and to work out the new methods for the complex surgical treatment of the venous pathology.
