Purpose of the work - improvement and the realization of the technological process of the hard-facing of the heavily loaded working crankpins of hydraulic pumps with the guarantee of solid wear-resistant coating. Methods of the study: - the flaw detection of surface and the determination of the mechanism of wear; - the analytical calculations of the parameters of technological process; - experimental studies of the process of hard-facing and the correction of regimes; - the durometric and metallographic examinations of welded-on layers with the use of optical and electron microscopes.
