Research techniques: the unified methods of determining of the quantitative compound of a leukogram, cytochemical methods of determining of activity :МPОn, AcPn. APn. КБн, AcPlph bloods; a statistical data handling in which on a state of explored indexes detection of effect of seasons requires a population chronobiology analysis. Theoretical result: Presence of seasonal rhythm of explored reading is erected, singularities of their parameters are characterized. Obtained data confirm conception about a that the biological time of the person naturally differs from a biological time of the person in anthropogenic man-made disasters that in case of the former the rhythmical system of the person functions as the resonator of undular processes, and in second - as their oscillator; thus the distribution of modes of frequency of oscillations in case of the former and in second noticeably to discriminate from each other.
