The aim of the research is to investigate theoretical and legal foundations of the law system development under globalization and European integration as its integral part and on their bases to substantiate the measures of optimization of the steady development of the national law system and to adjust it to generally recognized human values in anthropological dimention. Investigation methods: system-and-structural, functional, anthropological, comparative-and-legal and historical. The work defines methodological shifts in modern law science and peculiarities of the development of human rights in Ukraine. Structural and functional changes in the law system have been outlined; tendencies and prospects of the development of the Ukrainian law have been substantiated and the ways of its optimization under European investigation and globalization in anthropological dimention have been outlined. The results of the research have been introduced into educational process; the course of lectures on the present-day problems of law development under globalization has been worked out; special courses "Law globalistics " and "Globalization" and law anthropology have been composed; students have written and defended course projects, diploma and masters projects on the problem under research; a number of articles and theses in specialized and other editions have been published; the results of the research have been presented at the international, national and regional scientific conferences. The results of the research have been used as a basis for one doctorate and seven candidate theses. For the first time in the national theoretical-and-law science, a complex research of the law development under globalization in anthropological dimention has been implemented a complex approach to the development of law system, its structural and functional changes und globalization has been improved; analysis of methodological shifts in modern Ukrainian law science, as well as of the development of human rights in Ukraine, have been developed, the statement on the tendencies and prospects of the development of the Ukrainian law, as well as the complex of the ways of optimization of the functioning and development of the law under European integration and globalization in anthropological dimention, have been developed.
