Object of research: set of theoretical, methodological and practical problems of organizational, information, methodical maintenance of financial management at the enterprises. The purpose of work: development of effective methods of financial management at the enterprises with use of informa-tion technologies. Methods of research: the general dialectic method, scientific methods: system-structural, comparative, is formal-logic, methods of the economic analysis (comparison, a grouping), the economic-mathematical analysis and the factorial analysis in aggregate with forecasting, expert estimations, financial diagnostics, methods of mathematical statistics, analysis of trend. Techniques of formation of the capital of the enterprise, planning of selling of production, as basic source of formation of financial resources of the enterprise, the automated supply with information of introduction of system of the accountin financial management are developed. The basic attention is allocated to problems of use and calculation of cost of the finance, definition of optimum structure of the capital. The developed and offered technique of construction of system of discounts will assist the enterprises to operate scientifically selling, his profitability, to stimulate volume of selling due to an establishment of the proved level of discounts. Results Scientific research work are introduced in educational process of economic faculty of the Kharkiv institute of trade and economic of the Kyiv national university of trade and economic, faculty of the finance, faculty of the account and the organization of management by the personnel of the Kharkiv institute of the finance of the Ukrainian state uni-versity of the finance and international trade.
