The new method in which the criterion characterizing the competing alternative scheme of the consumer is entered. The alternative source concerns the separate scheme of heat and the electric power generation. On the basis of the offered method the analysis of thermal and electric energy production efficiency on thermal power station is made and analytical expressions for definition of economy of fuel are deduced. The analysis of possible ways of regulation of a parity of electric and thermal capacities of thermal power station is made. New analytical expressions for definition of the fuel consumption for generation of thermal and electric energy in combined cycle taking into account operating modes and ways of thermal power station loading regulation are offered. Research of thermal schemes and operation indicators of thermal power station using heat accumulation containers and heat pumps is conducted at performance of various thermal loadings. Corresponding techniques of designing are offered. With use of the developed technique it is possible to carry out the analysis of the most expedient variants of heat and electrical supplies for conditions of various types of consumers taking into account existing resources and potential of development of region and the country as a whole.
