A purpose of work is development and research of model of optimization of internal and external investment connections of region of Ukraine in the conditions of integration development. A research method is a statistical analysis of indexes of investment sphere of activity of region and general indexes of his socio-economic development. To date really there is a situation at which and reproduction approach and conception of investment climate does not allow to a full degree to provide the receipt of necessary investments on territory of separate region. Because of it, the task of increase investment activity aktualiziruetsya in a region. Those measures which are offered separate specialists, namely: creation financially of industrial groups, strengthening of the banking system, in particular, regional, development of regional infrastructure et al, so far does not give the desired result. In this connection, the questions of activation of investment processes in a region remain a head stone at providing of recreation of elements of productive forces (on a background unstable and unsteady economic and social processes in a separate region), what determines actuality of research work. The elements of scientific payment are such results of the conducted researches: 1) first: use of the cluster going near activation of bringing in of foreign investments in the economy of the Cherkasskoy area; application of grafoanaliticheskogo approach in relation to an estimation investment-innovative potential of regions of Ukraine; 2) improved: complex method of estimation of investment-innovative attractiveness of region taking into account the level of investment-innovative potential and investment-innovative risk in the process of economic development of region; 3) purchased subsequent development: use of model of optimization of investment-innovative connections of region up country and after its limits on conditions of integration development of economy. Results of NIR the programs inculcated for forming on the increase of investment image of the Cherkasskoy area with the purpose of the effective bringing in of internal and external investors.
